Double Chocolate Mocha Crunch Cupcakes

Made these excellent cupcakes again after a first round for New Year’s Eve.  Got the champagne cupcakes with champagne custard from thecakebar's New Year’s roundup, and topped it off with this delicious strawberry frosting from allrecipes (and added enough champagne to the frosting to get a fizzy feeling, because why not).  They’re a huge hit with everybody, and I’ve definitely eaten more than I should, but they’re really, really just that good.  A super huge thanks to thecakebar for helping me out!
